Tough and durable, the Drone is ready for work

Designer Tim Galyean has created a badass little work knife in the Drone. The Drone has a classic clip-point blade but combined with a completely modern handle grip. One of humankind’s earliest knife shapes, the clip-point is classic for a reason. The “clipped” point gives the knife excellent piercing capabilities with little drag during initial insertion yet with enough belly for good slicing, too.

For good edge retention, strength, and hardness, the Drone’s blade steel is quality 8Cr13MoV. Choose a fine edge or partially serrated for additional cutting versatility. The Drone’s blade opens with SpeedSafe assisted opening for fast and easy one-handed opening. The Drone is perfect for left and right-handers since it can be opened easily with the ambidextrous flipper or thumbstud. Once opened, the blade locks into place with a secure locking liner and releases easily when the user is ready.

The Drone’s handle is tilted to curve into the hand comfortably and its durable glass-filled nylon scales are textured to provide a secure grip as you work. The handle is drilled to accept a lanyard if desired.
