I am Kershaw – A Global Company with Local Impact

At Kershaw, we strive to make a local impact, through direct employment and thriving partnerships with local businesses.

Kai USA employs nearly 400 staff at our headquarters and factory in Oregon. In fact, our Oregon factory operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to manufacture one million Kershaw knives annually.

Part of our Corporate Concept is “working toward the wellbeing of society, together with our partners.” Recently, Kai USA COO Jack Igarashi received the “Partner of the Year Award” from Landsberg Packaging Solutions.

At Kershaw, we strive to make a local impact through direct employment and thriving partnerships with local businesses. Here are a few examples:

Beyond service providers, numerous local, family-owned retail outlets like Edge-N-Knife (Eugene, OR) rely on dependable and quality products to serve their customers.

However, we know that a strong commitment to the wellbeing of society means going beyond business relationships. It’s important to help lift those around us by giving back. Each year, through a fundraiser at our Warehouse Sale, we raise money for the Marine Toys for Tots.

The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas.

At our 2018 Warehouse Sale, we raised $69,932.58.

We hope that when you purchase a Kershaw product, you know that you’re not only receiving a quality product backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects, but you’re also helping promote a commitment to community and the wellbeing of society.

Stay Sharp!
