Popular Kershaw Pro-Grade Line Gets Three New Additions

First introduced to the market in 2011, Kershaw Pro-Grade Specialty Fish & Games Knives are premium-quality knives designed for the avid fisherman and hunter, as well as to meet the demands of the professional. They are designed to provide exactly the right knife to handle any fish or game-processing task—from a small bait-cutting knife to a full-sized Cimeter.

Pro-Grade blades are made of Japanese 420J2 stainless steel to offer the right amount of blade flex, strength, and corrosion resistance. The handles are contoured polypropylene in a proven design that lets the hand lock into place comfortably, even when processing a large catch or game animal.

Responding to customer requests, Kershaw added three new knives to the Pro-Grade line in 2012. The new additions include a 10-in. Curved Breaking Knife with Granton Edge, an 8-in. Curved Breaking Knife, and an 8 ½-in. Spoon-Handle Fillet. These three knives bridge size gaps in the line and provide even more Pro-Grade tools.

The bright blue handles with the Kershaw logo give this line of knives a distinctive look and makes them especially easy to spot in an outdoor environment. Most Pro-Grade knives come with slip-on plastic blade guards to protect the razor-sharp edge when stored. Slits in the guard let air circulate and help prevent corrosion.

With their corrosion-resistant stainless-steel blades and comfortable, sure-grip handles, Kershaw Pro-Grades deliver speed, precision, and amazing control.
