In the January 2014 issue of Tactical Knives (out now), you'll find a big article on Kershaw, our history of working with top knife designers, and a review of five of our current lineup, including a number of new products.
Writer Jorge Amselle reviewed the Scrambler, the Thermite, the Injection 3.5, the Cryo, and the Zing SS. He writes, "I used the blades against dry hardwood branches to make kindling and wood chips for fire-starting material, and stabbed the blades repeatedly and forcefully into dried logs, twisting the knives out to test their tips and durability and to gauge any play in the liner locks." He really put them through their paces. How did they come out? Well, we wouldn't be giving away any secrets if we said, "pretty darn well." But for all the details, pick up the issue for yourself.
There's even a sidebar article on the classic Kershaw Leek—in two of its newest colors.
